Every casino on BonusProHub is tested using a consistent 50-point framework. Here is exactly what we check and how we score it.
Before a casino can appear on BonusProHub, a reviewer creates a real money account, makes at least one deposit, plays a selection of games, and submits a withdrawal request. We do not publish reviews based on desktop research alone.
Each casino receives a score from 0–10 across six categories. The overall score is a weighted average.
| Category | Weight | What We Check |
|---|---|---|
| Bonuses & Promotions | 20% | Welcome offer value, wagering requirements, bonus terms fairness, ongoing promotions, loyalty programme |
| Game Selection | 20% | Total game count, software providers, RTP availability, live casino quality, sports betting integration |
| Payments | 20% | Deposit methods, withdrawal methods, processing times, withdrawal limits, currency options |
| Trust & Safety | 20% | Licensing authority, complaint history, data security, fairness certification, financial stability |
| Mobile Experience | 10% | Mobile website quality, native app availability, game performance on mobile, mobile-specific features |
| Customer Support | 10% | Support channels, availability hours, response time, quality of answers, language support |
A bonus with a high headline value but unfair terms scores lower than a smaller bonus with reasonable wagering requirements. We specifically penalise bonuses with wagering requirements above 40x, game restrictions that exclude most titles, maximum win caps below 5x the bonus value, and short expiry periods under 7 days.
We only list casinos that hold a valid license from a recognised gambling authority. Casinos licensed by the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC), Malta Gaming Authority (MGA), Gibraltar Regulatory Authority or Swedish Gambling Authority (Spelinspektionen) receive the highest Trust scores. Licenses from less stringent jurisdictions such as Curaçao are accepted but result in a lower Trust score.
Casinos with no valid license, or licenses that cannot be independently verified, are not listed on BonusProHub.
We monitor player complaints on third-party sites including AskGamblers, Trustpilot and Casino Guru. A pattern of unresolved complaints — particularly relating to payment delays, account closures, or bonus disputes — will lower a casino's Trust score. In serious cases, we add a warning notice to the review or remove the casino entirely.
Every casino review is audited at a minimum of every 90 days. We also update reviews immediately following significant events: license changes, new ownership, major bonus term changes, or a surge in player complaints. The "Last Updated" date on every review reflects when content was last verified, not just when text was last edited.
Our review scores and rankings are not for sale. Casinos cannot pay us to improve their rating, remove negative content, or appear in any particular position. We have turned down commercial arrangements that would have required editorial changes. If a casino disagrees with our assessment, we invite them to provide factual corrections — which we will investigate and, if warranted, act on.
